Spring

Collin went to his first Track practice last week. I'm really excited for him to continue to help coach the hurdles for the West Side track team! Look how cute he is running them in high school.. I couldn't resist.

I love the change in the weather, but I hate the fact that spring and summer coming means that I get to see Collin less and less. This summer will be my first as a true farmer's wife. I'm kind of excited to pack him lunches for the long days in the tractors, and my favorite part, to ride along with him.

We still don't know where we are going to live come June, so if any of you see any houses for rent, let me know! We will start looking next month probably!

We sold my car! SAD DAY. I am still having withdrawals. I know that it's a good thing though. Plus we Collins nice truck, so there's no need for two. At least right now. So if you see Kynzie driving my car around.. It's not mine it's hers now! She even has offered to take me for rides in it when I start missing it!

I'm almost to the end of school. This Monday is my last day! I'm so glad. I'm about ready to kill over from all the studying.

So for the last three years Collin has had this sore on the top of his ear. It seriously wouldn't heal. We tried cream, lotion, and neosporin and nothing helped it. So I finally drug him into the dermatologist to get it checked out. The first time we went the doctor said she had seen skin cancers look like that so of course I started thinking the worst, but we got results back yesterday and it's a kind of mole that tends to grow into cancer. Weirdest thing was it looked nothing like a mole, it looked like a patch of dry skin. Anyways, long story short they cut it all off and burned his skin where it was so that it doesn't come back. I'm SO relieved. Everyone should get checked out every now and again I think. Especially where Collin has had a pre cancerous mole on his back taken off already. It never hurts to be cautious.

The best part about going to the dermatologist with him was the dr kept calling me his wife.. I loved it! I'm still not used to it and every time someone says it I get reminded that we are MARRIED! I sometimes feel like we are just best friends hanging out all the time. Which I guess we are, but I am his WIFE! Crazy!

(Us at the dr. Haha he kills me. Who couldn't love a face like that?)

So this month im trying to not use any heat on my hair. So far so good. I have the craziest natural curls. I will be posting soon about the amazing product I use on my hair that keeps the curls pretty without using gel to make it crispy. Check back if you want to know the secret. ;)
